 Why is it web based i.e. why isn’t it a programme I install on my computer?
  • No Software - It is ready to work with your internet browser.
  • Free Upgrades – As we upgrade you get the latest version instantly for free. You can even suggest ideas to us and we can make the changes.
  • Non Tech – No technical support people required. If your internet is working then our system is working.
  • Change Computers – To use a new computer or operating system you don’t have to do anything.
  • Data Safety – Your data is stored on our secure remote server. If you run a programme on a local computer and it crashes, is stolen or is destroyed by fire you lose all your data.
  • Automatic Backups – Your data is backed up in 2 locations automatically while you sleep.
  • Remote Access – Log in from home, if you run more than one salon you can monitor them all from any computer in the world with internet access or even on your mobile phone.

    What reports can I print off?

  • Reminder Letters – Print a list of future dates you can post or hand to a customer.
  • Grooming Cards – Print all the grooming information and preferences for each dog. It can even show up to 3 photos of each dog.
  • New Customer Questionnaire - Easy for your customer to fill out at their first visit.
  • Day Sheet – Provides a running sheet of the day.

    What are the benefits of the diary?
    Do you use a paper diary? Does it drive you crazy when customers say “when is my next booking?” and you spend the next 20 minutes fishing through scribbled pages. What about when you write out a customers bookings for the year and then they lose it. This will never be a problem again.

  • Organised – Dogs are sorted by arrival time. Cancellations can be archived and they drop to the bottom of the list.
  • Profit – Send reminder letters for the upcoming week, create customer mail outs.
  • Fool Proof – Once made you can’t delete a booking only archive it. If you archive it by mistake you can simply un-archive it.
  • Manage Workload –See how busy you are on any day. Add groomers to the diary and allocate dogs to each groomer preventing a day being over allocated.
  • Relevant Data – The diary displays arrival time, customer id, surname, dogs name, breed and the service they have booked.
